Look...it's less than $4 a tape so don't expect 5 years of service, but the product holds up remarkably well under industrial conditions. Clear to read. Spring is strong. Is drop proof to a point. You might have to bend the end back square to get the right measurement. I buy these for our shop of about 30 employees. Most guys only go thru 2 a year.
