Well placed order for custom company logo and a safety reminder. When I placed the order all I sent was a copy of our company logo and then owner wanted to add our 35 year stamp on the back . So I sent a copy of that for rear of the hard hats. Well added a safety first logo under front and back logos simple and was worried about end result. When they came in I was pleasantly surprised they came out perfect . I did order 80 for our crews out in the field if and when I need custom logos for any reason NSI will be getting my order. Great product, good price and prompt delivery . WOULD RECOMMEND TO TRY THE CUSTOMIZING FOR YOUR ORDER

This company makes ordering customized products really easy and convenient! The quality was great, and the hard hats were fairly easy to put together. I really liked that they sent me emails updating me on the status of my order as well. The people I spoke with on the phone and via email were very friendly and helpful. Overall I am very happy with the customer service and the product I ordered.

We recently received our order of NS® Power Shell® II 4-Point Ratchet Suspension Full Brim Hard Hats with our custom logo and we couldn't be more pleased. The NS Customization Staff was easy to work with and provided exactly what we needed. If you're concerned that getting your logo placed on your products is difficult - don't be. Do not order this product unless you are ordering 11 or more hard hats. The logo will be a decal sticker if you order 10 or less and the quality doesn't look good. The decal is thick and obviously looks like it is a sticker, so it doesn't look professional.

These are great quality hard hats - our employees love them. The ratchet suspension ensures a good, comfortable fit. We had them persoanlized and are very happy with the way they turned out.

    Logo Artwork Requirements & Specifications

    Preferred Vector File Formats for Printing:

    • EPS (Encapsulated Post Script)
    • AI (Adobe® Illustrator®, CS5 or lower)
    • PDF (Portable Document Format)

    Vector Files:

    This refers to line art, scalable to any size, that never loses resolution. Your image will stay crisp and clean. It's very important when saving a vector file to convert the text to "outlines" when using Adobe® Illustrator®, or "curves" when using CorelDraw®. This is an option in vector based programs that changes the fonts used in the design into an object. This way if we don’t have the specific font used in your design, our computer won’t substitute it for a font we do have.

    Additional Raster File Formats for Printing:

    • PSD (Adobe® Photoshop®)
    • JPG (High Resolution JPG)
    • TIFF (High Resolution TIFF)
    • PNG (Portable Network Graphic)

    Raster Files/Images:

    This refers to a pixel based image, depending on the resolution, the image blurs as it’s enlarged. These files must be 300 DPI at actual size. Thumbnail size JPG, GIF, or PNG files are not at a high enough resolution to be used properly.

    File Tips:

    • Set your file up to the exact size you want it to appear on the product
    • Please flatten all layers when submitting documents from Adobe® Illustrator® and Adobe® Photoshop®
