Traffic & Production Coordinator - Frankfort, NY

We are looking for an organized person who will enhance our Advertising Team as a Traffic & Production Coordinator!

Work as a part of a winning team by assisting and supporting our Marketing groups by coordinating, scheduling and monitoring workflow of catalog, mailers, web, and special projects.

Do you have the capabilities to...?

• Coordinate the workflow of catalog, mailers, web, special projects, and jobs through the Marketing groups and applicable vendors
• Maintain a tracking system for all jobs within the Marketing group
• Develop, research, and obtain specifications for production related projects
• Work with print broker to request, analyze, and maintain quotes
• Schedule all marketing meetings in relation to production schedules and deadlines between marketing groups and write meeting recaps
• Maintain and disseminate weekly traffic and production reports
• Ensure deadlines are met with all marketing initiatives and examine and approve proofs
• Obtain the necessary information from departments and contacts for job requests
• Monitor vendor quality and performance and provide feedback to meet expectations
• Establish jobs to include construction of job jacket, scheduling, prioritizing, and distributing to necessary departments
• Responsible for creating timeline, communicating deadlines, auditing and organizing board meeting and company performance materials
• Distribute all marketing collateral

We prefer an Associate's degree in Marketing, Business Management or Communications; or 2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in these areas. Must have the ability to use personal computers and applicable computer software including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and type proficiently 35-45 wpm.

The selected candidate will possess a positive attitude, excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, strong analytical skills, multi-tasking skills, and be a self motivator.
