Web Designer - Frankfort, NY

We are looking for talent to enhance our creative Advertising Team as a Web Designer!

As a key role in the production of our website, the Web Designer primarily works within the creative group to execute innovative, interactive designs and content that provide optimal user experiences on Northern Safety’s website

Do you have the ability to...?

• Create designs that are consistent with the brand, the overall design direction of the website, and the goals of the company
• Deliver new designs, redesign our existing site and banners, rich media, email campaigns, video and flash presentations, micro-sites, and transactional sites
• Keep the web design dynamic, simple to use, and easy to order from, with regular updates on an ongoing basis
• Create designs that will generate increased site traffic and build and leverage our user community

We prefer a Bachelors Degree or 3-5 years related experience and/or training in graphic and web design. Must be proficient with Macintosh Computer/Software and application skills. Must have experience with Dreamweaver, Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Microsoft Office to include Excel and Word. Experience with InDesign, AJAX, ColdFusion, ASP.NET, and SQL preferred.

The selected candidate will possess a positive attitude, excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, strong analytical skills, multi-tasking skills, and be highly creative independently or within a team environment.
