Trimmed quickly and easily to perfectly fit correct size. This cap comes with comfortable interior pad for additional protection. Added benefit is cap now has sufficient weight to resist flying off in wind.

This is a good product. I like to wear a baseball type cap when working on my car or doing yard work. This provides a nice level of protection from bumps & head knocks for a reasonable price. The "BUT" you ask? If your cap has an adjustment band secured with a rivet this insert will not fit. You can make it fit by cutting off the corner of one of the side extensions. If your cap has a sewn in adjustor or elastic band you should be ok.

I was looking all over online for a good-quality bump cap and came upon Northern Safety. After using the instant messaging system to connect with a customer representative, I described what I was looking for (I wasn't entirely sure because my boyfriend briefly described what he needed out the door on the way to work) but Amber, who was the customer representative helping me, found it within under a minute. I ordered the product and it arrived within one day. It was packed well, and my boyfriend is very satisfied with the bump cap. It fits perfectly in his baseball hat! If you are looking for a good product at a decent cost and great customer service, you'll find both at Northern Safety.

This product does everything it says. It fits and protects you from bumps. We used this at work and I found them to be useful at home too. It is great for riding the mower under low hanging branches.
