Perfect for fire remediation/soot removal/disposal work

FunctionI had a house fire where I needed to both dispose of items and salvage items. I needed a protective garment that provided mobility and protection while being durable enough to stand up to carrying and hauling out items to the curb. This product fits the bill for a very reasonable price.FitI am 5'10" and 34" waist. I usually wear a Medium, but the Large fit like a glove. I ordered an XL in case the L was too small, so I have not worn that one yet for sizing. The foot coverings were very generous, and fit well within my boots.ComfortI am doing my work during the wintertime, so I was more concerned with being warm enough instead of overheating. I wore a long sleeve shirt and synthetic material pants under the garment. I didn't overheat, but certainly sweated a bit, but that was more due to my hat and eye protection than the garment thickness or breathability. AlternativesPrior to finding NorthernSafety, I was looking on Amazon and couldn't find the size, price, or quality I required. A lot of other options were either overkill, out of my size, or were made overseas with negative reviews on durability/quality. This item from NSI fits the bill.Conclusion: If you need protection from micro-particulates like soot for fire remediation, get this item.

As a medium sized person, I ordered a large to ensure I could wear over my clothes. Possibly also to fit over a coat or jacket. It was a bit larger even than I expected, which is fine. Also, boots are attached, not separate. Feels as though it will be very durable, barring cuts or tears from use. Tyvek is pretty amazing stuff and doesn't cut or tear easily (compared to other materials of course) And the ActiveGARD is nice for potential environmental factors.
Pros: Inexpensive, Full Coverage, One Piece, Durable
Cons: Ran A Bit Large
