A versatile fall protection anchor, the 4-Way Plate Anchor is suitable for use on wood, metal, or concrete substrates, and supports one worker in Fall Arrest or two workers in Fall Restraint. Its low profile is unobtrusive and permits the 4-way to be installed on metal as thin as 24 ga, making it an excellent choice for pan decking or form work. The 4-Way may also be used as an endpoint for single or multi-span horizontal lifeline systems.
