Medical grade closed cell foam

These safety glasses feature a low profile, closed cell foam gasket around the inside of the frame. The foam seal blocks out dust and debris. Foam pad absorbs frontal impact to orbital socket (area around the eye). Fogging is minimized and sweating is reduced by special ventilation channels engineered into the foam gasketing. These channels provide a chimney-effect created by minute levels of air flow exiting through the top or bottom of the frame front. XP uses low profile medical-grade foam to allow eyewear to sit close to the face.
