1. SPONSORS
The Würth & Industrial Scientific Ventis® Pro5 Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored jointly by Northern Safety Co., Inc. (“Würth”) and Industrial Scientific Corporation (“Industrial Scientific”) (collectively, the “Sponsors”).
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on September 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, as of the date of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Würth, Industrial Scientific, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members or members of their households are not eligible to enter or win.
The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. HOW TO ENTER
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter by visiting the official Sweepstakes landing page at https://www.northernsafety.com/Ventis-Pro5-Sweepstakes and completing the online entry form.
Required entry information may include the entrant’s name, job title, company, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and industry.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the number of email addresses, telephone numbers, or other accounts a person may possess.
Automated, robotic, programmed, or similar methods of entry are prohibited. Entries generated through such methods are void. All entries become the property of the Sponsors and will not be returned.
5. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase, payment, or other consideration is necessary to enter or win.
Purchasing products or services from Northern Safety, Industrial Scientific, or any other company will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
6. PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of one (1) Ventis® Pro5 Multi-Gas Monitor, as configured and supplied by Industrial Scientific.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,944.00. The exact model, sensor configuration, connectivity options, accessories, and other specifications of the prize will be determined by Industrial Scientific and may be subject to availability.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, except that the Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes and any other expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize that are not expressly stated as being provided by the Sponsors.
Industrial Scientific’s current Ventis Pro5 materials show that configurations can vary by sensors, connectivity, and pump options, so I strongly recommend specifying the exact configuration in the final rules rather than simply saying “Ventis Pro5.”
7. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The random drawing will be conducted on or about October 2, 2026 by the Sponsors or their designated representative.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry.
The potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, where permitted by law, within the time period specified by the Sponsors.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified period, is determined to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
8. PRIZE ACCEPTANCE
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to comply with these Official Rules and releases and holds harmless Würth, Industrial Scientific, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from claims arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, delayed, or undeliverable entries; technical failures; interrupted internet connections; hardware or software failures; unauthorized intervention; or other errors or problems that may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes.
The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor beyond the Sponsors’ reasonable control compromises the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
10. PRIVACY AND USE OF ENTRY INFORMATION
Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with the Sponsors’ applicable privacy policies.
By entering, entrants acknowledge that the Sponsors will collect and process the information submitted through the entry form for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, contacting the potential winner, and otherwise as described in the applicable Privacy Policy.
IMPORTANT: Entry into the Sweepstakes is not conditioned upon consenting to receive marketing communications.
Entrants may separately elect to receive marketing communications from Northern Safety and/or Industrial Scientific by affirmatively selecting the applicable marketing consent option presented on the entry form.
Marketing communications may include information regarding products, services, promotions, and other business-related offerings. Entrants may withdraw marketing consent or opt out of marketing communications at any time in accordance with the applicable communication and privacy policies.
11. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
If an entrant affirmatively consents to receive marketing communications, Würth and/or Industrial Scientific may use the information provided by that entrant to contact the entrant regarding products and services that may be relevant to the entrant’s business or industry.
Consent is not required to enter, and declining marketing consent will not affect an entrant’s eligibility or odds of winning. Telephone, text-message, and electronic communications will be conducted in accordance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
12. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsors to use the winner’s name, city/state of residence, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Sweepstakes without additional compensation.
13. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
The Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to tamper with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a fraudulent, disruptive, or abusive manner.
14. DISPUTES
Except where prohibited by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually and without resort to any form of class action.
Any legal proceedings relating to the Sweepstakes shall be brought in the applicable state or federal courts located in Ohio, United States, and the laws of Ohio shall govern, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

To request the name of the winner after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes, send a written request to:
