California Privacy Notice

This California Privacy Notice supplements the information contained in NSI’s Privacy Policy and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California. We adopt this notice to comply with the California Privacy Rights Act of 2018 (CPRA) and terms defined in the CPRA.
Categories of Personal Information Collected
We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be lined directly or indirectly with a particular consumer device (“personal information”).
In particular northernsafety.com has collected the following categories of personal information from its consumers within the last 12 months.

Nondiscrimination

- Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services
- Provide you with a different level or quality of goods or services
- Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.
Changes to our Privacy Notice
NSI reserves the right to amend this policy at our discretion at any time. When we make changes to this notice, we will post the updated notice on the website with the notice’s effective date. Your continued use of northernsafety.com following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
