these gloves for the money are excellent. the grip doesn't come off in chunks like the rubber dipped cut protection gloves.

The gloves wear out far too soon in the webbing area below your thumbs, prematurely requiring replacement of them for another pair earlier than what should be necessary. For some uses this wear may not occur but it is a weak spot on otherwise decent gloves. The black rubber material also falls apart relatively soon, sooner than cheap $1 dipped gloves.
