Spring Thaw Training Workshops for Miners
Working in mines presents many dangers including explosions, falls, and exposure to toxic gases. These accidents have a tendency to increase in the early spring months. To reverse this trend, the mining industry hosts workshops about work hazards and best practices.
Safety professionals, mining associations, and Mine Safety and Health Association (MSHA) gather at different locations across the country, in person and virtually.

Upcoming events will be held:
March 18 by the California Construction & Industrial Association
March 25 by the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Utah
April 7 by the Oregon Concrete & Aggregate Producers Association
