The proper fit and adjustment of a fall harness is crucial to safety. To get the proper fit, the following 2 measurements need to be taken and your size determined by the measurements below.

Measure for shoulder strap from 3" left of navel, upward over left shoulder toward lower right side of back

Measure for leg straps by finding the circumference around the thigh from the crotch to underneath the hip bone

  • S: Shoulder Strap 38” – 51”, Leg Strap 18” – 30”
  • M: Shoulder Strap 40” – 53”, Leg Strap 20” – 32”
  • L: Shoulder Strap 42” – 55”, Leg Strap 22” – 34”
  • XL: Shoulder Strap 46” – 57”, Leg Strap 24” – 36”
