I follow Dr. Berg on You Tube and he reviewed a few different blue blocker glasses. These were his favorite and I see why. They are cheap and they work! I wear them at night when I am on my computer so the light won't interfere with my sleep. I fall asleep no problem, unlike before when I would have to get off my computer an hour before I went to bed. I also bought a pair for my son and an extra pair for myself. Highly recommend these glasses.

I'm on the computer for several hours daily, not to mention my iPad and iPhone and tv. I learned 15 years ago the value of protection against blue light as the hours on the comp were taking a toll on my eyes and behind them to include dull aches, headaches, etc. I was looking for quality blue light glasses and these were surprisingly at the top of a list for true protection. They tested each of like 10 pairs of name brand and other pairs of glasses. These had the most protection from blue light. They're also extremely affordable at like $3.50 each LOL. I bought 2, one for inside the house and one for the truck for driving at night. I still wear my Gunnar's for gaming but I use these for everything else!! Surprisingly strong build to go with some of the best blue light protective lenses on the market!! Only issue I have was it took 2 months to get from New York to Montana...

I bought these Amber Lens Safety Glasses glasses to block blue light when watching TV and looking at my cell phone in the late evening. They block out blue light very well and are light weight and comfortable. I told others about these glasses and shared a link to the company. Thank you! ??

These are great amber lens to filter blue light from my smart phones, computers and TV’s. I don’t feel my eyes stressing out anymore ever since I started using them. I have used other amber lens brands before and they failed to do the work. Also I like the slick design on them. I highly recommend them to anyone that relies on their smartphones and computers on a daily basis.

Excellent product. I recommend everybody. This lens stop blue lights that negative effect on dopamine in the brain. Blue light ussialy affect us bad when we read from phone or computer. Also protect from the glare, when I driving car at nighttime.I recommend this product.
