We are seeking to enhance our IT team with the hiring of an Applications Developer. The Applications Development team uses software technology to assist the company in reaching its goals and objectives. This integral team is responsible for the creation of the ecommerce web site, all custom applications, customizing purchased applications, and business intelligence. Our company recognizes the importance of staying on top of changes in technologies!
The Applications Development Team uses agile principals to refine our end result along with using DevOps principals to automate as much as we can. The team uses Coding standards and common architecture to remove much of the documentation needs. We are always looking at how new technology can improve our code and process.
We are seeking a mid-level developer (at least 2-3 years’ experience). You will be working with our product owners in order to understand the business needs, as well as with our Business Systems Analyst in order to decompose requirements for development needs. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing development of multiple applications and the introduction and use of new technologies. The candidate must have strong development and task management skills.
We are looking to fill these positions as a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days offsite at either our Frankfort, NY or Louisville, KY locations

- Distributes and collects incoming mail/packages as well as collects and processes outgoing mail/packages utilizing FedEx, UPS and USPS programs.
- Assists in maintaining the office supply inventory and creates purchase orders.
- Responsible for tracking usage and costs associated with fulfillment.
- Assists with updating customer records and enters data into various Microsoft programs.
- Provides administrative support corporate wide including sourcing supplies and information in order to prepare binders, files or correspondence.
- Serves as a primary backup to the receptionist.
The ideal candidate would have the following:
- Mailroom experience and/or experience with UPS/FedEx would be a plus.

- Monitors exception reports and corrects inaccurate data using SAP and Winshuttle program to process changes.
- Troubleshoots material issues in SAP, web applications, interface, as well as troubleshoots in SAP and Scale or processes changes for production orders as needed. Maintains landed cost in SAP for import materials.
Skills and Experience we like to see:
- Prior Purchasing or Materials Management experience is a plus!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel is a must with the ability to type proficiently 35-45 wpm.
- Experience in SAP, SCALE, web administrator tool, and Catalog System Management is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.

We are looking for a professional to administer the security of our Information Systems!
The Senior Information Security Administrator is responsible for maintaining the confidentially, integrity and availability of data and services. This role performs three core functions; guiding the administration of and adherence to security policies, activities, and standards, handling the day-to-day operations of the in-place security solutions and conducting vulnerability scans, penetration tests and security audits. Secondary tasks include the identification, investigation and resolution of detected security events. The Senior Information Security Administrator is expected to be fully aware of our security goals as established by the stated policies, procedures and guidelines, and to actively work towards upholding those goals.
Expectations of the Role:
- Participate in the planning and design of corporate security architecture.
- Participate in the creation, implementation, maintenance and enforcement of corporate security documents (policies, standards, baselines, guidelines and procedures.)
- Audit existing Information Security controls to validate they are following best practices.
- Participate in the planning and design of an enterprise Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan.
- Maintain up-to-date detailed knowledge of the IT security industry including awareness of new security solutions and attack vectors.
- Recommend and implement new security solutions and any enhancements to existing security solutions in accordance with standard best operating procedures.
- Act as an advocate for the company’s security vision via regular written and in-person communications with associates.
- Ensure all processes maintain compliance to applicable laws, internal and external regulations, security policies, standards, and procedures, including but not limited to PCI DSS, HIPPA and CCPA.
- Lead and Participate in PCI DSS related corporate initiatives.
- Provide guidance to the entire IT department on industry best practices and standards.
- Participate in the continual improvement of the corporate Information Security program, which including providing mentorship to the existing InfoSec team.
- Maintain up-to-date baselines for the secure configuration and operations of all in-place devices and solutions.
- Participate in investigations of suspicious activity, legal actions and security related audits
- Lead and participate in the design and execution of vulnerability assessments, penetration tests and security audits.
- Conduct risk assessments following the NIST security framework.
- Provide support for all in-place security solutions.
Skills and Experience we like to see:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems and 4 - 7 years’ experience in security systems administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One or more of the following certifications are strongly desired: CISA, CEH, GSEC, GISP, GSNA or CISSP.
- Strong knowledge of technology environments, including information security and physical security.
- Ability to plan and execute security policies and standards development.
- Understanding of project management principles.
- Demonstrated ability to apply IT in solving security problems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate to diverse types of people- technical, business and customer.
- Knowledge of PowerShell or Python would be beneficial for this position.
- Able to be part of an after-hours on call support rotation.

Warehouse Associates focus on accurate receiving, picking/packing of orders for shipment, proper labeling, quality control of inbound and outbound orders, cycle counting and inventory control.
Expectations of the Role:
- Accurately picking, packing, and checking orders
- Loading shipments
- Handling incoming merchandise
- Replenishing shelves
- Efficiently performing daily counts
Skills and Experience we like to see:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 2- 3 years of prior warehouse experience.
- Some knowledge and experience with warehouse computer software.
- Mobile equipment experience is a plus.
- An individual who is motivated, detail oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and someone who is a hard worker, dependable and a team player.
This position is full time, M-F, from 2:00 pm-10:30pm. This position can also be filled in a part- time capacity.
